- Photographs you upload for AI processing (virtual staging, retouching, floor plans)
- Generated images and outputs created by our AI services
- Project names and metadata you associate with uploads
Usage & Technical Data
- Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
- Device identifiers and operating system information
- Feature usage patterns to improve our platform
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
Service Delivery
To process your uploaded images, generate AI outputs, and deliver the core features of our platform.
Billing & Payments
To manage your subscription, process payments, issue invoices, and handle refunds in compliance with Australian consumer law.

AI Model Improvement

To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and to protect the integrity of our platform.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS and Oracle Cloud for hosting). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

- Business Transitions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website.

5. Data Storage & Security
All personal information and uploaded property images for Australian clients are stored on AWS and Oracle Cloud servers located in Sydney, Australia, in compliance with Australian data sovereignty requirements under the Privacy Act.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
- Regular third-party security audits
- Strict employee access controls and audit logging
- Automated backup systems with point-in-time recovery
Uploaded property images are retained for 12 months after your last active session. After this period, raw uploads are deleted from our servers while processed outputs remain accessible in your account until you choose to delete them.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act and APPs, you have the right to:
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated personal information.
Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
Opt out of AI model training and marketing communications at any time.
Export your data and generated images in standard formats.

7. Notifiable Data Breaches
We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988. In the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual to whom the information relates, we will:
- Contain the breach and take immediate remedial action.
- Conduct a rapid assessment of the breach.
- Notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
- Notify affected individuals directly, outlining the nature of the breach, the kinds of information involved, and recommendations on steps you should take in response.
